We strive to achieve an environment of acceptance and respect for all people through our hiring practices, classroom strategies and relationships with families. We expect staff at Wonders to respect and acknowledge the diversity of: family composition, race, gender, religion, culture, intellectual and physical ability, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, beliefs, values, age and temperament of other staff members and the families that we serve.

Guiding your child to accept and respect individual differences is an integral part of our program. We promote an inclusive learning environment through an engaging curriculum and by promoting respectful relationships.
