Providing Child Care That Is Safe, Respectful and Nurturing
Wonders is one of the largest, non-profit child care organizations in Montgomery County and the District of Columbia, and for more than 30 years we've been providing a safe, nurturing environment parents can trust and depend upon. We're respected as being an integral part of the overall community, serve more than 600 families, and are acknowledged for our commitment to a philosophy of multicultural education.

Seven children. One classroom. That's how Wonders began
in 1976. Today, in 10 sites throughout Montgomery County
and the District of Columbia, we provide quality child care services from pre-K through early childhood, school age,
and an increasingly popular Summer Camp.

Originally, in recognition of that single classroom at All Saints'
Episcopal Church in Chevy Chase, we were known as All
Saints' All Day. Then, over the years, as we grew and
increased our services, we celebrated our 30th Birthday by
changing our name to Wonders, a name that captures all the
infinite promise and possibilities inherent in a child's formative world.
